Precinct Three Commissioner James Noack has formalized his proposed transportation projects for the upcoming road bond in November.
Rayford Road – Railroad tracks to SH99 widen to 6 lanes, construct overpass at the railroad tracks with an estimated cost of $60,000,000
Woodlands Parkway – Grogan’s Mill Road to IH45 WB&EB expansion with an estimated cost of $14,555,000
Gosling Road – Construct a bridge across Spring Creek into Harris County with an estimated cost of $3,800,000 (other funding provided by HGAC, Harris County and The Woodlands Road Utility District # 1)
Woodlands Parkway/Robinson Road at Interstate 45 – Provide funding for engineering, schematics and environmental documents to construct a single point urban interchange (SPUI) at I-45 and Woodlands Parkway / Robinson Road with an estimated cost of $3,000,000
Lake Woodlands Drive – Widen from east of Lake Front Circle to IH 45 to 6 lanes estimated cost of $2,645,000
